She’s worked with some of South Africa’s most iconic brands, including Volkswagen Group SA, Takealot, Distell, Shoprite, and SAA Voyager – delivering innovative strategies that unlock value and fuel performance.
Renowned for her expertise in customer journey design, lifetime value optimisation, and retention strategy, Elizna also leads the charge in digital transformation and commercial innovation.
Career highlights include launching South Africa’s first premium loyalty programme, leading a digital overhaul for a major FMCG brand, and building CRM strategies that set global benchmarks.
